Underground 250ft run
I need to put a 30 amp 125 volt outlet 250 feet away from main panel I need to know what size wires to get or romex and material needed, outlet is going to be for travel trailer and will be occupied.

I read the post that the OP would supply the material, the electrician would supply the labor to hook up and lay wire and conduit. A docent electrician should be able to do that in 8 hours or less. $2,100 / 8 = $262.5 per hour, yep in the wrong line of work!!!
