I’ll add, you must have some really really tough soil conditions if you’re going to get an excavator to plow in some direct bury or a little conduit.
But the answer is the same. You aren’t knowledgeable enough to do this DIY unless you have a buddy or someone who understands what to do helping you.

The only issue there ever WAS with aluminum, was the terminations. Pretty much all breakers and outlets are rated four Al/Cu now a days !

Mobile Home Feeder (MHF) cable is aluminum and can be direct buried. If you are going to run conduit, use single strand THWN.

I'm agreeing with the others that based on your posts you really should hire an electrician to do the hookup and make sure you have an adequate size wire. If you have Yelp in your area search for electrician and then click on the "Request a quote" link and put in your request.

It will go out to multiple people and somebody it bound to text you some kind of quote.

Where I live trenching is about 10 dollars a foot. So I can see him quoting 2,500 for the trench alone. Call an equipment rental place and see what it costs to rent a trencher for 4 hours. Around here that's $75. If it's just plain ground with no pavers or concrete in the way you can have it trenched in under an hour. But look at the whole picture. Do you have to go through a wall, is there a sidewalk, a water line, a tree with big roots or a sprinkler system in the way?

811 is an odd service around here. The electric utility won't locate on private property, but the internet provider will, and I lucked out that they would locate the power to my garage. My water utility won't do PP either, and of course nobody has UG utility schematics.

Interesting. here when you call 811 ONE person comes out and locates utilities on your property and easments. Water, electric, gas, cable/internet, POTS lines if they are still used,

Now the location is generally only the portion the utilities are responsible for, not additional stuff beyond the service.

To get to your house and meter, utility must run lines on private property. By law, they are responsible for locating them, and you will be liable for repair if you damage them. Beyond the meter is all yours.
