Unreliable Dometic Comfort Control System
The Dometic Comfort Remote Control has never been reliable. Has anyone removed their Dometic system and just hung a regular T-stat on the wall instead? What adventure am I in for? Thnx

I'd be reluctant to try a regular house thermostat. I just replaced the thermostat and control box on my older model 07 trailer, and the technology seems to be specific to Dometic.
