I've done some basic trouble shooting. I have cycled the breaker for the converter charger and did notice a high pitched whining noise from the iota when the generator was running, but no charging action. The converter isn't hot no strange smells. The voltage gauge is accurate as I have double checked that by plugging a secondary one into the 12v barrel connection.
Any ideas? Keep in mind I can only check during generator hours (5-7pm) and I only have basic tools and no multimeter.
