Instead of fan pulling/pushing air out top vent cover use it at bottom of fridge blowing air UP
With fridge in slide-out it NEEDS air flow in order to properly cool
IF by morning food section temps not down into 38*f-42*F range then cooling unit may have developed a blockage due to overheating which is permanent.
Hopefully the alt. fan works
A fan to circulate air inside food compartment will help..........WHEN the cooling unit is properly working
Until fin temps get down to 26*F or so food section will not cool down sufficiently for safe food storage
