It would need a second potentiometer on the board to set AMPERAGE cutout. In the case of a GC that would be an amperage setting of 11.0 on the amperage potentiometer to agree with 220 ampere hours capacity.
You can see the second pot on the 600 watt booster gizmo.
Thanks Mex... Yeah, I had the cc and cv stuff figured out. I was trying to figure out if there was a unit that would serve everybody's needs, but it looks like it would be best to just use a buck-a-roo on 6's, and a booster on 12's.
But either way, a nice affordable option for folks who are happy with their current converter and/or charger, but need something to EQ.
Tomorrow I'm EQ'ing two of my 6's with the cps1620. Used it to top charge today... works great! And it's nice to actually understand what it's doing!
