If all you did was to set the dip switches and call it good - it did NOT get you where you need to be. The dip switches affect only a very few of the total settings. The configuration settings not affected by the switches will be at factory default values. Use that new Tripp lite USB<>Serial device or the Ethernet interface it's actually a very simple process. Take full advantage of that wonderful controller. Remember you will need to re-boot after downloading a config file.
Thanks appreciate the offer. For now all I did was set the dip switches. See my post above on my concern about the values I'm seeing with the Read TSMPPT command.
