Using 1 pound propane cylinder in an emergency
Is there an adapter available where I can use a 1 pound cylinder on my truck camper in an emergency or while I'm out getting the 20# tank filled?

- Yup, used mine once when we ran out of propane the last night of the season. I bungi-strapped it to the 20# tank to keep the 'fridge going while we came home.
- This is what you need, provided yours is the "new style" acme RV connector:
male acme to disposable cylinder adapter - I "think" that I saw these at walmart.
bumpy - It is called a "steak saver" adapter. Might be an idea for keeping the lines from getting air in them, or keeping the refrigerator going.
