Eco-Worthy, being a Chinese brand (clone?) and Chinese made, is not only unpatriotic. It does cost few times less than Rogue 2024, and it is worse - difficult to tell how many times worse. With controllers you - mostly - get what you pay for.
Not that I suggest Rogue for this application. Arrays under 300-350W can be done cheaper with 17V panels (called 12V nominal, btw) and PWM controllers. And if you increase panel wattage by 10-15% over what your planned, this will take care of MPPT boost (not to be confused with MPPT downconverting a higher voltage to 12).
Morningstar as a "time tested"... Yes, reputable brand, but they have a lot of very basic units lacking features that can be important. You should get features that you need. You may need 70-100V input because need to wire panels in series to deal with shading. You may need a remote temperature sensor because controller is inside at 70-80F and batteries are outside at 40-90F. You may need a display or capability to connect a display. You may need an adjustable Absorption time or a current-based Absorption mode. And so on.
