Hi joel,
What ever you do, make sure there is room for "growth" in the solar farm. Once the energy is free--we tend to use more of it. For example, as a weekend warrior, I'd even heat my water electrically. After all, why use propane when the sun is free?
Now that I full time, I'm far more careful about energy use, and plan a large upgrade. If I can, I'll eliminate campgrounds, propane and generator use.
