Your question about freezing valves can be solved by wrapping them with heat cable ( our method) and insulation, which we plug in with a 'thermocube', because in our trailers the heated basement doesnt heat the valves well. I hard wired all of them.
On a MH with a water compartment in our camp, we have seen everything from lightbulbs( ungreen incandescent) to heat cable to compact quartz heaters. The quartz seems to be the best because of the fan and thermostat.
batch dumping wastewater will also solve freezing the slinky into a 3" poopsickle as well as possibly freezing the possibly shallow long sewer lines to the waste system. Another vote for dump as needed, no open always waste valve.
The downside is all need 120v power. So plan on hookups or running the genny even when on the road.
Pink a/f does slush at about 0 deg. F not a problem.
