Turn the gas on at the bottle after checking that all devise valves are off-ie, stove valves off, water heater, off, etc.
Turn the gas valve on the bottle off.
Wait 15 min and turn the gas back on. You should not hear any gas going through the regulator. Pass test 1.
Repeat but wait 2 hours. If regulator is still quiet and is not passing gas (sic):) chances are you have a tight system.
Get the RV down to a propane dealer and have a proper pressure test done at yhe earliest opportunity.
