V10 fuel filter replacement

I have a 2003 Four Winds MH with a Ford V10. Is there an inline fuel filter that can safely be changed by a regular person? If so, where is it located? I had a fuel pump replaced a couple of years ago and it said on the bill that they replaced a fuel filter, but I wonder if it is the one in the fuel tank.

    As Red described, it's just about under the driver's seat on the frame rail. Easy to replace with the tool.

    Look on the left frame rail behind the cab. You need the tool to release the clips, it is only a few bucks. Ford has two different size filters so take a look to see what one you have. YouTube has some videos on how to change.
