FWIW (probably not much to most) ... that depends on what equipment you might be using to deliver and view VHS sourced video material and it's audio. See my first post in this thread for how we acceptably view VHS, and all other sourced material, at home.
On the RV road enjoying video/audio material is whole different matter. For that ... the best approach probably is a large capacity hard drive - holding recorded well-sourced (not VHS) material - that feeds a small relatively high resolution but properly sized TV screen - with some side speakers instead of the TV's built-in speakers.
