Vent Tank
At my fresh water hookup area, I’ve noticed water coming out of the vent tank opening. I have no idea why or what to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If I understand correctly, your tank is supposed to be empty and you are not using it. You are connected to city water connection.
The check valve in the pump is malfunctioning. The city water is flowing backwards through the pump and filling the tank.
You can take the head of the pump apart (easy job) and rinse off all the parts. Usually that will fix it.
If not, you need a new pump.
