Decent - relatively to what? You mentioned 100-200W, this isn't too much even on the roof. But - yes, it would make some sense if either the side or the back is facing South or at least South-East, and if it's a winter.
If they are facing North-West, you'll harvest close to nothing.
And if it's summer, you'll harvest close to nothing even if it's facing South-East, because vertical in summer would be the same as aimed away from the sun AND tilted 60-70 degrees.
I would rather covered all the roof with flat panels in parallel (less susceptible to shading than series), and added 150-200W portable.
