not cheating anybody but the campground electric bill. if everybody is pulling say 27 amps on their 30 amp circuit and the voltage drops to 108 or so and they kick on their autoformers and the voltage jumps up to 120 and they are now drawing 30 amps, aren't they "cheating" the campground?
