Yes. It took me quite a long time to do the wiring on the Sola Basic. The Hughes with the test lights was not available when I made my decision to buy. I think, for most users, it would be more convenient. The Hughes certainly blows away the surge suppressors that simply cut off the power, and does test for all the same issues.
None the less, I'm quite happy with the Sola Basic.

A little lower watts limit and double cost, compared to Sola. Surge is nice though.pianotuna wrote:
