It is clear that I'm not getting input voltage down to 100 volts. So the Sola Basic is operating with just one level of boost. The boost steps look to be 10% @ 110 volts, 20% @ 100 volts and 30% @90 volts. but the 20 and 30 are not going to be available except in exceptional circumstances.
That kind of reinforces the recommendation of going to the more expensive, but more fully featured Hughes.
Don't get me wrong--I'm still pleased as punch with my purchase.
