Just to confirm it is "real load support" meaning the inverter is in parallel with the incoming ac either shore or generator power. The "Almost instantaneous transfer" is a bit of a disclaimer meaning the inverter is in parallel with the incoming ac source but if the ac source goes away the internal transfer switch still switches and there could be a slight notice of power switching. Basically we are not going to "guarantee" 0 transfer time under all conditions.
The input transfer realy is a single leg of 120 Vac @ 60 amps.
