Water Heater barely warm water - NO bypass valve

Need some help. I have a Suburban water heater (gas only, near as I can tell). Rig is 2008 Weekend Warrior 25' (super light?). After WH is running for 20 minutes (or more) the water is detectabl...

I didn't have time to figure out how to pull the orifice off the end of the burner tube. Just stuck the whole end in rubbing alcohol. Blew it out (by mouth) this morning and stuck it back in alcohol until after work.

Don't recall spider webs in burner tube, but will look closer.
