water heater electric element switch (GRRR)

Stupid water heater. Our 2012 Sprinter has a suburban water heater in it and it is gas/electric. It has a manual switch in the compartment to force it to run on electric. I flipped it on Friday and Sunday the switch would not move. Ok. NO prob. Just need a new switch. What a PITA that was. You need hands the size of a 5 year old to work in that little corner. Well $4 later it is replaced. I caulked around this one because it looked to me like there had been some moisture got in there on the prongs. Of course we did get 3 inches of rain in 2 hours Saturday morning.
