I dought if you have 220 volt in your unit. Need to get 110volt so it will have the proper volts and number of wires. Have heard others say they used 220 volt element but took a long time to heat up. You can also buy an element at Home Depot or others. While heater is MT I would just replace the relief valve. Do not turn on water heater until it is full, or you will be doing it all over again
