Suburban did have some control boards that failed.
As some trouble shooting,
Did you press the reset buttons for both 12VDC and 120VAC?
Have you confirmed you have 120VAC
Have you confirmed you have 120VAC past the crappy outside switch?
Have you confirmed you have the tank full of water?
