In one park I was at I had good flow from the park on a flow observation (no hose connected) but when I hooked to the RV nothign.. Turns out someone left a spigot open and the pump could not keep up.
Low flow at a SINGLE faucet indicates either a clogged faucet strainer (Replaced so we know that's not it) or a pinched line
Low flow at ALL faucets is indicitive of an RV Pressure Regulator of the 3/4" Cylinder type (Junk) Get a Valterra Adjustable and set it to 50 PSI give or take a bit or a Watts or Zurin 1/2 inch or larger in-ine with proper hose adapters.
