The pump has a pressure switch
Time delay going off, is directly related to pump performance
An aging pump may run a little slower
Low voltage from the batteries will cause the pump to run slower
Try this close all faucets turn on pump
Leave pump on say 20 minutes, if it cycles, you have a leak or a pressure bleed down in the pump
No cycling equal no problems with piping
