Water tank question

You definitely want a drain valve. I would T it with the bottom level indicator connection at the port you call "city fill"--but it looks very tight there against the wheel well. Can you move the tank an inch to the left?

Ho really!? After the pump is where the city line would be tapped? Do I have to install a check valve so it doesn't go back the pump? I'm sure water going back through the strainer is not a good idea.
But it makes total sens, the water coming from the city line is already pressurized so my pump is not needed, logically I could install it anywhere, as long as it's tapped on the cold water line right?

But let say I'm leaving a camp site and I'm going boodocking, how will I fill my tank with the city water line before leaving? through the gravity fill hatch?

By the way no I can't move the tank at all, there's 3 inches on that side and it's where I plan on putting my 1 litre drinking water bottles :-/

I realize I need to draw a plumbing plan, I will do that and post it on a new thread, hope you all can take a look at it.
