CW in my option has over the last few years focused on Selling new RV not service existing RV.
I know a good welding shop in Dickson -- 40 miles away. Erranton Welding & Fabrication, 1761 Old Columbia Rd, Dickson, TN 37055 (615) 446-6998. They are in the back of a large warehouse -- somewhat of a main road, but with a parking lot large enough to dry camp overnight if they will allow.
You should be able to find one closer.
