Does anyone know how many amps the WFCO 9990 draws when connected to shore power.

Well the answer would depend on what cycle the converter is running at any given time - bulk, absorption, or float and of course will also vary according to the battery's constantly changing state of charge. Sorry, I'm not sure how I could better answer your question ... perhaps a call to Best Converter would yield a more definitive answer.
