Is this the 30 amp DC fuse on the converter? Main fuse on the DC distribution panel? Or a 30 amp fuse close to the battery? Single 30 amp fuse seems small for a 35 amp converter.
Are you certain the battery is connected with correct polarity? Reverse will open a fuse. Generally main black cable to positive and white is negative.
As for testing the converter leave the battery off and see if the converter produces 13.6 volts when plugged in.
Do yourself, battery and RV a favor and do not get a WFCO replacement.
