Good plan BUT just be aware that Progressive Industries since being sold last year has a new LIMITED lifetime warranty in place which has several restrictions not contained in the previous lifetime warranty. Of those restrictions the one that would be of most interest to you is that which says if your new hard wire EMS is not installed by a "qualified RV dealer" then your warranty on the unit is void. :M
This might lead one to suspect they are anticipating a future increase in warranty issues...
