,does it mean my converter suffered damage.?

Your 120v side uses circuit breakers not fuses. You must be plugged in for your 120v side to work. As stated shut off all circuit breakers and turn back on, then check any Ground Fault outlets (the ones that have a test and reset button on them).

Your converter converts 120v to 12v dc to power the lights (through fuses) and charge the battery.

It's possible it's damaged but check the breakers first. If you do need a new converter, it's not a big job.
  • Have you turned all the breakers firmly off and firmly back on to reset?
Have you checked and reset the GFI?
Does anything 120v work such as microwave or air conditioner?
