going thru our RV spares etc we found these. what are they? thanks all

Black items are grommets of some sort, and for shocks is a very good guess.
Blue items may be to keep cloth napkins from unrolling? Or if rubbery/silicone-like, they may also be bushings for some suspension system part as well (anti-roll bar perhaps).
