Question 2--------What do I need to go on the vertical side corner seams?
Q3------I still have some (not a bunch)Eitherbond tape left over from a previous mishap but don't think I should use it for general sealing.
Q4-------Since the old self leveling Dicore is now clean I see no need to remove it.

Dicor has both self-leveling and non-sagging sealant. If the sealant isn't cracking to the point of falling off all you need to do is reseal with the Dicor product.
