What is a used working Dometic worth?

I hit Craigs list and found one for sale for $650.

You could easily check CL or eBay but that wouldn't be the same I suppose.

5 bucks ought to get rid of it.

What model Dometic? The four door absorption fridge, I'd say you might be able to get a pretty penny for it, because they go out fairly often. Some RV dealers might even buy it from you, fix the ice maker and sell it reconditioned.

Around here a used, barely decent refrigerator goes for $350. Despite what some say- the side by side Dometics are dead reliable, and you could get $1500 for one all day long. A 4 door, I'm not sure about, a two door top freezer should get $500.
Repairing an ice maker is trivial.

Ultimately though, it's worth what someone will pay.

Umm- under an hour- not really rocket science. 6 screws, lp line, 12 volt power, unplug and it's out. Reverse to re-install.
