I like OSI Quad around the house and on the RV.
I’ll share a tip with you on preserving open tubes of caulk as well. Some caulks keep quite well after opening with just a rubber cap on them. Others will harden up once opened even with a cap. I have a bunch of these plastic bottles available that I use for various things. I cut the neck off, leaving a hole that the caulk tube fits in snugly. If the caulk is water cleanup, I put a couple inches of water in the bottle and turn the open tube of caulk upside down in it. If it’s a solvent cleanup type, like OSI Quad, I put a few ounces of mineral spirits in the bottle.
A couple of these tubes have been opened for over a year, and they are still useable.
