What is this fuse and can I use a regular mini in its place?

I am looking for help with the fuse on the left in the photo. THis is my brake light fuse. I cant find anything online that tells me its any different than a regular mini fuse like the ones on the right side of the photo.

Can I simply put a mini fuse of the same size in its place?

    The fuse looks like one that will automatically reset itself after tripping. Could be you have a direct short to ground some where that keeps causing it to trip every time it tries to reset itself.
