What solvent to clean EDPM?
What solvent can you use to clean old seem so I can put down Eternabond?

Routine cleaning ... Bucket, Mop, Water, Spic & Span.. For the 2nd (Rinse) pass. Hose and sprayer
For pre-eternabond application.. Start with above, Optional: Let dry.
Then using a clean cloth and Alcohol (not the drinking kind) Let dry
Then apply Eternabond.. Let stick
Then touch up with spic & span again to make sure all the alcohol is history.
(Wait a day before that)
