Sorry folks, I should have left this URL as my reference. REALLY GOOD reading.

Yikes, any reference to that blog could get you in trouble and "poofed".... :E The owner has a couple of commercial sponsors... :E You might actually find excellent factual info. in the blog. :E Having said that, I bought the digital gauge recommended by the blog owner (name redacted) and it works well and corresponds to the readings on my "stick" gauge. Our TPMS reads 2-3 psi lower all around compared to the gauges tho. - WeBeFulltimersExplorerIf your gage is off a couple of psi will that make your tires explode?! :h

American made, quality pieces.
You can find them at Amazon.com - j-dExplorer IIThis one
from Harbor Fright. I've had it ten years and it's still accurate. Reading the articles about the fragility of gauges, that rubber protector turns out to be important. Only problem I've had is that the crimp to one end of the hose leaks unless I hold it all in a straight line.
Get a free "pencil" or two from Discount/America's Tire. I'm up to four of them and they all read the same, very close to the "Bourdon Tube" type from HF above. - wnjjExplorer II

I use the Accu-Gage by GH Meisner & Co. Accurate and easy to use. I like the short hose with the clip on so I can easily adjust pressure. Also hard to find a gauge that goes to 100 psi when I need 80 in the truck.
Accu-Gage website.

That's the one I use. About 15 bucks at Pep Boys. Good gauge IMO.
I have the top one with the hose. I love that you connect the hose once then fill through the valve on the gauge. You can also bleed air off with the release button. Much faster than air hose, stick, air hose, stick. The dial is large enough and easy to read. - pkunkExplorerI've used a Tireminder digital gage for the past 5 years or so and con vouch not only for it's continuous accuracy but their excellent CS.
My old gage was in need of new batteries and they informed me that mine w/ the blue LED didn't have replacable batteries so they'd send me a new one. :B - MEXICOWANDERERExplorerConsumer Reports tested many digital gauges and found them "exceptionally accurate".
- mosseaterExplorer III've had one for several that I bought at ACE Hardware for like $11. I took it work and checked it against some calibrated guages and it's right there about 1/2psi off and repeats well. I like digital because there's no interpretations needed. Takes out most of the human error. Not dependant on light or angle to get consitant readings. My eyes aren't getting any better with age.
- MEXICOWANDERERExplorerToo many malfunctions with sticks for me. Take a handful of brand new stick pressure indicators out to your rig then stab a tire valve. Do they all read correct? No! One or two might.
Many digital gauges are junk electronics. I am getting tired of the 3-second auto memory on my digital so I will be shopping soon. - mcheroExplorerThanks Clay, I'm not dumping my existing slider, just want a Quality digital for ref. I'll check your suggestion. Thanks all. Great feedback.
