With no rain in sight a hood, a shroud made of extremely durable canvas or nylon could be aimed axially into the slightest breeze. It doesn't take much to incite full gale breezes inside a rig. A scoop atop the rear bedroom vent plus an open living room door will incite a breeze that no Bic lighter would overcome.
Why reinvent the wheel? Come see my two worn-out Fantastic breeze fans. The BORG fans have run 24/7/365 longer than 2 months over the Fantastic Endless Breeze fans. There is no extra-cost option to the FF fan. Sixty dollars plus shipping for a motor is a loser. Especially when shipping means four hundred dollars. Or I could buy a new fan for a hundred sixty dollars. Some wheel, huh?
