They showed us a Video of the Factory for the AGM's in Alabama. It was an INTERSTATE facility. I never asked WHO or where the other batteries are made. Makes NO difference as the batteries are designed by the retailer and the Factory builds to those specs. Interstate would specify the materials and Auto Zone and Sears and Walmart specify their criteria. Doug
I find it interesting that Interstate's corporate website makes no mention of any manufacturing facilities, and the upper management roster contains no titles that would indicate responsibilities for manufacturing, engineering, or R&D. Interstate appears to be listed in most business directories as a privately held marketing organization.
