I store my camper at campground when I moved it onto site bottom of hitch is sitting a few inches from road surface never had that issue before. My leaf springs look fine could this be shock issue? 20...

The Equal-i-zer brand hitch is a weight distribution hitch and does not use "sway bars".
The torsion bars distribute weight from the hitch onto the front axle and some onto the trailer axle.
