Where can I buy a 20" fresh water hose with swivel fittings?

I need to replace the hose running from my main fresh water line to my city water inlet. It is 20" long and has two swivel fittings on each end. (One of those fittings is leaking, hence the need to replace.)

Where is the cheapest place that I can I buy such a small length of hose, and with the swiveling fittings already attached?

Thank you for your assistance. Photos are attached showing the leaking point as well as the entire hose.

    Correct, I'm getting ready to replace my city water inlet due to a bad check valve. Most all are 1/2" MPT.

    Had a outside shower head freeze and split on time. I just cut it off and inserted a bolt into it with two hose clamps. Worked great.

    Update: I removed the hose, took it to Home Depot, found a guy wearing an apron and said "I need one of these." I departed ten minutes later with a shiny new hose. Thank you all for the advice!
