Where can I buy a 20" fresh water hose with swivel fittings?

I need to replace the hose running from my main fresh water line to my city water inlet. It is 20" long and has two swivel fittings on each end. (One of those fittings is leaking, hence the need to replace.)

Where is the cheapest place that I can I buy such a small length of hose, and with the swiveling fittings already attached?
