Where is advertised length measured & EPDM roof replacement

Buy it.
99 chance out of 100 that your length is with 3.5ft hitch, AND the last 1 ft of the roof at the front is where the sloped front wall begins. So your roof is (probably) 36-something ft.

Like others noted, on a permanent site when trailer is not towed every day you can add another piece if you have to.
