You are plugged into AC power.........
Water pump is probably an AC model due to rig being a 'park model' OR rig has converter to supply 12V DC power
Water pump pressure switch could have been stuck OR city water pressure is low (below pump set point)
Does pump try to run if you shut off city water?
Pump would be very close to fresh water tank....where do you fill tank on outside>>>>>>>>>>look opposite that location for pump. Can be inside behind/under panel.
