- fowlthingExplorerThanks..we got the part number from the frame... got hold of a local glass guy he beleives it should be easy fix....
The glass sets completely outside the fame of the window...
Thanks for the resources and info... will replace the window completely if needed.. one of the places suggested had a much lower cost for the entire window than the quote we got from the local dealer..
Thanks again. - wa8yxmExplorer IIITwo options as noted any decent glass shop can cut a new one especially if it's a flat panel.. And automotive glass (and some other types as well) is a touch harder to break though a touch more... $$$
- Roger10378Explorer IIIt is easiest if you get the window number first. It is usually on a sticker on the frame of the window. You will have to remove the window to find it. A good source is https://www.pellandent.com/RV_Products_List.aspx?CategoryID=278

Almost ALL RV windows require the complete window to be removed to replace the glass. RV windows are not like residential windows. Glass companies can cut and insert a replacement, but it is just "in" the hole and not completely installed correctly. Doug- IAMICHABODExplorer III would try Easy RV Windows they make all kinds of window replacements. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Give them a call,I know they helped me out.

- You go thru a Open Range dealer that deals direct with Open Range. Even a local non Open Range dealer has to go thru the local Open Range dealer. Doug
