Th led count is only half the story. There are 2 LED types commonly in use in LED lights used in RVs. The 1210/3528 and the 5050. The 5050 is actually 3 LEDs in the same package and is about 2x as bright as the 1210.
I used the 36-1210 lights to replace the 1141 incandescents. The 18-5050 is about the same brightness IMHO. Probably the 48-1210 and the 24-5050 would be roughly equivalent to the 1156.
Warm white is the closest match to the incandescent color.
By the way, I roughened the fixture surface by gently sanding it with fine sandpaper to make the tape on the panels stick to the fixture.
