Hi BFL13,
The only thing I'm afraid to run from the Cobra is the roof air--and for that I need at least 2000 watts PSW. If I go for 3000 watts I don't need to rewire anything, and basically can run all loads simultaneously. It would be a pain to separate out just the air conditioner.
The Cobra does have one "limitation" and that is it can only be run at 2500 watts for 30 minutes. Then it has to be shut down for a while to cool off.

PT I got lost again. Since you have specific loads, none of which cannot be run with 2500w, why do you need a new 3000w job? Why can't you get a PSW (if needed) 1000w (Xantrex) from Can Tire next time they come on sale and add that to the battery bank, and split up the various loads among your two inverters. ASSumes the Cobra still has a long life ahead of it.
