The Iota 45 amp converter is just fine for 2 batteries but you must get the IQ4 module (less than $30 online) and plug it into the side jack to make it a smart charger. If you had 4 batteries or more it would make sense to go higher in amps, no real benefit with just 2.
I would suggest spending the money on a pair of 6 volt GC2 batteries that would take a beating better from deep discharges, I get mine from Samsclub and our Iota 45 amp with integrated IQ4 keeps them very happy indeed, last set went 8 years and they still had some life left in them.
Finally, dump the MSW inverter and get a PSW inverter that is not nearly as large, maybe 600 watts or so. They are quite affordable these days, I power a 40" HDTV, HD sat. receiver, Blueray dvd/game system, and Bose soundbar all with a 300 watt pure sinewave inverter.
As for running your genny, 90 minutes in the morning and evening is plenty as the Iota IQ4 pumps out 14.82 volts and quickly replenishes consumed amphours, it's rare I have to run our genny more than an hour or two a day. As for camping forested locations, we have a solar suitcase that can be readily placed in pockets of sun and moved accordingly.
